Do I need any special hardware?
Yes. A Bluetooth barcode scanner, because Receive and Kill Bottles run on scans. We sell pre-programmed scanners that pair cleanly on the first try (off-the-shelf ones often don't). You'll also need an iPad or iPhone behind the bar.
How long does setup take?
Most bars are fully set up in about 30 minutes with recent distributor invoices on hand. We can also do the setup with you in person. See the pricing page.
Can my staff use it without training?
Yes. Staff get a simplified view: Receive, Move, Kill, Count. Five buttons, in order. Managers lock down settings with a PIN. Most bartenders are up to speed in their first shift.
Does it work with my distributors?
If you order from Breakthru Beverage, Crescent Crown, Southern Glazer's, RNDC, or any distributor that sends PDF or paper invoices, you're covered. The AI scanner is trained on the major Arizona and Midwest distributor formats.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays available for 30 days so you can export everything. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from the app.
